Kim Kardashian Posts First Photo on Instagram Since Robbery

Kim Kardashian is officially back.

The 36-year-old has been taking a much-needed break from social media after she was the victim of an armed robbery attack on October 3rd. Kim was held up at gunpoint while five masked men ransacked her room and stole over $10 million worth of jewelry and possessions. Kim immediately returned home to her family in California and since then, has taken a break from her career and social media overall.

Many people targeted Kim and blamed her for her own attack. Several outlets were blaming Kim for "over-sharing" on social media, and claimed that the robbers knew "exactly where she was and what possessions she had with her due to her Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter account." Since then, she has not been back on social media at all, until now.

The new year has brought upon a newfound state of mind, it seems, for Kim. She decided on Tuesday to post a photo on her Instagram page of her family – Kanye WestNorth West and Saint West joins her in the photo. Everyone in the family is dressed in white in the candid photo. Kim captioned it simply,

On Tuesday, Kim also shared a video of herself and her family to her website. Although rumors have been swirling that Kim and Kanye are having some troubles in their marriage and since the robbery, things have not been the same – the video proves all theories false. In fact, there are a lot of clips in the video that were filmed after the robbery, and it shows Kim and Kanye as close and intimate as ever.

We're glad to see Kim back and prioritizing what's important in life – family.
